To ensure specimen carp anglers with the correct tackle join these lakes. All money raised from membership is invested in large carp for these lakes.
No. our venues are not open access so turning up to view is not possible. Our automated gate system allows anglers to fish safely and in peace without being disturbed. A No viewing policy is in place with a view of security to our venues and with the anglers best interests in mind.
Alpha - carp only.
Eagle - carp only.
Sangemere - carp only.
Yarm - carp, roach, chubb, tench, bream & perch.
Alpha - 20lb+. (All carp stocked are over 15lb)
Eagle - 20lb+.
Sangemere - 20lb+.
Yarm - 10lb+ (average 2lb -8lb).
Fish can be caught from any swim and the best location (swim) to catch can change to suit prevailing weather conditions. The same applies to bait as something that works very well one day may be superceded with another bait the following day. When fishing you are competing against nature, the fish you want to catch do not want to get caught and the best of anglers will try various techniques and baits to find the best combination for that perticular day.

Sangemere - We have a healthy waiting list for this lake and cannot acertain how long before a place will become available. All you can be certain of is if you are not registered on the waiting list a place will never be offered.
Sangemere being a syndicate has a maximum of 30 members.
Tees Valley Lakes being day ticket venues have open membership. we currently do not have a limit on amount of members however we will close the membership at the point we feel bookings are becoming to far in advance.
